We are licensed in Oregon and Washington. If your event is located in Washington only Just Bartenders, Stock the bar, or Custom Package are available due to state laws.

What We Offer

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a custom quote.

  • This package includes 2 licensed bartenders for $150 per service hour. You provide all beverages you would like to be served and supplies needed for service. In this package you must provide a bar set up for our crew to utilize.

    For an additional fee The Beverage Bar can bring beverage supplies. (IE. ice, cups, napkins, straws, etc.)

  • This package includes 2 licensed bartenders, supplies, 4 hours of service, and trailer rental. You must provide all beverages you would like to be served during the event.

    Supplies are defined as cups, ice, napkins, straws, etc.

  • This package includes 2 licensed bartenders, supplies, 4 hours of service, and the trailer comes stocked and ready to go with the beverages you select for service!

  • Looking for something different? Reach out and we can build something specific for your event needs! Whether that is a half stock the bar package or something different, we will find what you are looking for!

First 30 miles from home base is included in package, after that it’s $1 per mile.

Additional service hours may be purchased for $150 per hour.

Champagne toasts can be added for an additional $1 per person.
